Bicycle

Bursting with speed anywhere it goes. Everything it does it requires the complete fury of the moment.

Sliding corners, alleyways, evading distracted pedestrians, raging at the speed of wheels ever turning, handle swift to adjust destination. And then stops. For a few minutes, hours, days.

It’s all passion and adrenaline but then it is stillness and boredom, the day gets dreary and the will to move is substituted away by a condescending rusting of its body.

If it loves to glimpse through the vision of urban dwellers, it dreads the indifferent look of passers-by when it sits idly in front of some supermarket.
